What is different about my classes?

  • Classes are mostly limited to 10 participants or under.
  • I closely monitor the exercise technique of everyone who joins my classes.
  • All exercises taught can be modified depending on age, skill level and physical ability.
  • I encourage Mindfulness as a tool for body awareness throughout class.

Timetable

Women Keeping Strong, Fit & Flexible

MONDAY   9.30-10.30am   SheStrength

                 10.45-11.45am   SheStrength      Location: Cooks Hill, Newcastle

Offers an aerobic warmup and a class using a mix of hand weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises

TUESDAY  9:00-10:00am  Mobility and Balance     Location: via Zoom

Using body awareness and diaphramatic breathing as a framework to move the body – exercises for improving co-ordination, balance and for mobilising joints

WEDNESDAY 5.00-5.45pm  Strength training

using bands, free weights, and body weight            Location:  Class via Zoom

  • If you’ve lost strength, you can gain it.
  • If your energy has sagged, you can raise it.
  • If you’ve lost muscle and gained fat, you can improve ratio
